- In October of 2008, I began to have a desire to paint again, this time with watercolor. I had no idea children would be the focal point of the paintings, but the Holy Spirit did! After doing research at libraries and looking through many children's books, I was moved by the Holy Spirit to paint pictures of children with an essence of purity. God is faithful to meet me in my quite times of painting and I give him Thanks and Praise!... and thats how Watercolor Kids began. While painting I began to realize that we are all really all watercolor kids because everything begins in the "Spirit" and when God shines His light of love down upon His children, He sees the colors like in the ephod that the priests wore when they entered the holy of holies. The presence of God brings total healing. James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.
